Nightly routine and a product review

Hey everybody!:] so it's been AGES since my last post and although I was close to "retiring" from this blog I decided to post another blog post which I've been wanting to do but never got around to it.
Nightly routine and a product review also!

So this is my routine after I shower and right before bed, I usually shower at about 5 and I use these scrubs and washes in the shower.

I  use my olay face-scrub. Honestly, I'd never really paid much attention to Olay. I guess I'd just always assumed the brand was geared more towards the mum generation..? But when I was at the shops I saw this Olay product and it came with a cute little electric brush thingy and I thought it was really cute so I decided to try it out. All I wanted was a good skin care regimen that's quick and easy to use and will give me results and will make my face feel fresh and clean. I think the this product does a great job of fulfilling that need.
The cleanser really gets in and deep cleans my skin. You can even see it removing makeup in the lather that it creates! I mean, how awesome is that?! I love that it contains kaolin clay because lately I've just been too lazy to keep up with doing a full facial routine (masks, etc) like I should. I love knowing that this cleanser is essentially combining both of those steps into one.
I'm currently almost out of this product! When I finish this product I'm going to try out another scrub and write a review on it! I don't use this product everyday but I use it every 3 days or so.

Then I wash my face with my face wash, I buy different face washes because I like trying out new ones but the one I've been currently using is dove pure face wash, My Take on Dove Deep Pure Face Wash Pore Care is that it's great!  Dove has launched 3 new face washes. One each for dry/normal skin. This is the second one and there is a third citrus one for oily skin, all the same price. I saw them 2 weeks ago at a grocery store and picked this one up. The texture of this face wash is very dove like, very fine, very silk like. I have found most of the Dove face washes and body washes to have this kind of a texture. It has a new micro puff technology, which cleans the face and It is easily rinse-able and not to harsh on my skin.

I'll then also apply a oil free neutrogena moisturiser (if I remember which I usually don't ).This is  because I get quite oily skin, it took me awhile to finally come to the realization that I still need to apply a moisturizer to my skin. Even though I know this now, I get hesitant (or lazy) when it comes time to actually do this step every day.

I then brush my teeth, then I floss my teeth and I use my Colgate mouthwash.

That's basically my nightly routine! Although it's not all that interesting I decided to post it anyway! I'm thinking of adding more things since im currently only using a face wash for my face because I'm almost out of my olay scrub! If you have any suggestions please let me know! It would be greatly appreciated.

-thankyou πŸŽΆπŸ’•πŸ˜˜

Fishtail Braid

requested by Mika Tenerelli

Divide your hair into two sections and part your hair straight down the middle.

Pull a thin strand of your hair from the outside of the left section. Pull it over the top of the left section, and grasp it under the right section., The strand of hairshould go over the left section and finish under the right section.

Repeat Step 2 on the other side. Pull a skinny strand of hair from the outside of the right section, pull it over the right section, then weave it under the left section.

Keep alternating sides, weaving over and under, until you reach the bottom of the braid.
tie it up and go!
